Last Saturday was a big day for my family. After a year since my grandmother passed away, we finally manage to gather almost all my father's family members in one roof. The best part is, the gathering was held in our house. I assigned my sisters to snap the pictures for the event. Not all turn out good but I think it's enough. Both of these pictures was snapped using Panasonic Lumix LX3...by me ^_^ . The reset of the picture was by my sister, Haida and my Miss Buttercup. Yes she's in Malaysia now...for good ^_^

As a Malaysian, our food is all about spice. Almost all our main dishes are with spices...and believe me...as a Malaysian (I'm an ethnic Malay) there must be at least 1 spicy food on the table. Both of the picture are from the so called BBQ pit that my Dad and me build before the event. My uncle (Cik ISmail), from Johor Baharu brought all the seafoods for the family gathering. It were fresh. One of the seafood that I missed the most from my Australian student day was the Oyster...yes...it is in the list and I'm enjoying it...eating it rawwww....
The picture above are stingray fish on the BBQ pit. We wrapped the fish using banana leaf after the fish was marinated with my auntie's special sauce.
