Pasar Kedai Payang is a local Market in Kuala Terengganu. If you go to Kuala Terengganu, one of the place that you must go is probably this place. It offer verities of local delicacy and fresh vegetables. Despite being a wet market, on its 1st floor, you can find a lot of Batik (Malay traditional outfit with beautiful color and design) stall.
