This is a product that I halp to develop in Food Technology Department, Faculty of Applied Science, UiTM. The food is originated from a combination of fruit peel which I cant mention what. The texture is partially chewey and the thest is mild sweet & sour. I snap this picture for a poster presentation today at my faculty. I'm using my Panasonic Lumix LX3 with macro mode turned on. The picture then was further edited using photoshop. I wish I my DSLR and Macro were around...^_^....it was a short notice job.
